Bookings

Please be mindful when making a booking. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows can be detrimental to our business and other customers.

Appointments are to be booked online through our website.

If you are a new client for any colour, blonde, balayage, brow, or lash services, please complete and return our consultation form at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Clients shouldn’t bring guests to their appointments.

Hair services

Your consultation includes a strand test if you have a colour service done with us for the first time. Please ensure this is booked at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Our highest priority is to keep your hair beautiful and healthy. All our services come as packages. Bond builder and treatment are automatically provided for blondes, and colour services.

Service time frames communicated on our website include approximate processing time only, and prices are an estimation

Processing times is not included in time frame.

Brows and lashes

We kindly ask that you arrive for your appointment with your face free of makeup and freshly washed. If possible, avoid moisturiser in the area. We are unable to provide treatments if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

You must have had a patch test with us at least 24 hours before treatment for your first appointment.

It must have been at least eight weeks since your previous brow lamination or lash lift

Please avoid trimming the brow hairs for as long as possible before treatment.

Please advise us of any allergies, conditions, or medications that may interfere with your treatment. This includes any use of active skincare such as retinol / BHAs, sunburn, eczema, etc.

Brow lamination and/or waxing cannot be done during treatment of Roaccutane (or similar) and for at least six months post-treatment due to skin sensitivity.

Please avoid fake tan on the face for at least 3 days before and after treatment.

Please remove contact lenses if you are having a lash lift.

 

Nails

Please arrive with bare nails or get in touch if you need removal from a previous salon.

There may be a small surcharge for clients coming from other salons for removals as the products used may differ from ours, and the removal process might take a bit longer.

Avoid using hand cream directly before your appointment.

Please advise us of any allergies, conditions or medications that may interfere with your treatment.

 

Parking

 We do not offer car parking onsite; however, you can park inside CPP (City of Perth Parking) right behind our building, for a fee.

 

Transport

Alternatively, you can use the red cat bus for free, which stops right in front of the salon.

 

Running late

If you are running late, please get in touch with us asap to advise us your estimated time of arrival. Please note that failure to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment may result in cancelling your appointment and incurring a cancellation fee. Therefore, we kindly ask you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time for parking or traffic.

 

Redo hair - brows, lashes and nail services

 We do not offer refunds. If you have an issue with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to rectify the issue at no extra cost.

If you asked for a service done in a certain way against professional advice, are not happy with the result and would like to get a redo, you will need to make another booking and pay for the new service.

Deposit

 

If you would like to make a booking at Le Pretty Little Squad a deposit is mandatory. Without a deposit, your appointment cannot be secured. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Cancellations

 

For any cancellation, to avoid a cancellation fee of 100% of the expected service, we request a minimum notice period of 48 hours prior to your appointment. We send a confirmation message 2 days prior to your appointment as a friendly reminder.

Your cancellation fee must be paid before making another booking.

In case of an emergency, Le Pretty Little Squad may waive this cancellation fee at our discretion.

 

No shows

No-shows will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the expected service.

 

Reschedule

 If you need to reschedule or change your appointment, please log in and make the changes you need.

Age restriction

Clients must be over the age of 18 for all treatments unless parental consent is given for 16- & 17-year-olds.

 

Fee

Le pretty little squad does not allow credit for clients. It is your responsibility to pay for the service you booked upon completion.

We are a sustainable hair and beauty salon, and we charge a green fee of $3 per client.

 

Personal belongings

Le Pretty Little Squad does not take responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings left on the premise.

 

SALES T&Cs

Use

It is your responsibility to use the products or goods purchased in store or online the way they are meant to be used.

 

Returns

Please choose your products carefully, as we do not offer refunds unless:

The item is faulty (does not do what it needs to do, has a defect, is unsafe, or is not durable).

The item does not match the description or sample.

The goods do not do what the salesperson said they would.

In the event you change your mind, we may offer an exchange or store credit. For hygiene reasons, this does not apply to brushes and hair accessories.

Returned items will be replaced or refunded using the initial payment method. No exchange or refund after 7 days and without receipt.

 

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through our online booking platform is strictly confidential and won’t be shared with or sold to any other third parties.

Le pretty little squad reserves the right to contact members of our database for verification purposes.

Aftercare

Brow lamination & lash lift

Avoid getting brows and lashes wet for 24 hours after treatment.

Also avoid direct sunlight, steam, heat and makeup during this time.

Please also refrain from touching or rubbing the area during this time.

Try not to sleep on your face.

Apply castor oil daily and a deep conditioning treatment on the brows at least once a week as recommended in your appointment.

After showering or getting brows / lashes wet – brush into place to help the treatment last longer and look neater.

Nails

Use gloves for any washing up / cleaning / gardening.

Also, when using any tanning / hair products with tint as this can cause discolouration.

Avoid using the nails as tools.

Do not pick at the nails or skin around the nails.

Use a cuticle oil and/ or moisturiser regularly to nourish the skin and nails to ensure the longevity of your treatment.

If you have any lifting, get in touch to avoid further damage.
